Very relaxing atmosphere with a little of a cruise vibe. One and only negative was that there wasn’t complimentary coffee unless you made it in your room. I think a compliment coffee bar in the lobby and maybe water would be a nice touch to add some southern charm. Other than that, this was the best stay on the beach I’ve had in a hotel!

Everyone in the resort was nice. This is our third time to this resort. Every time we come to Pensacola, we’ll stay here. The reasons why we love to stay here are the rooms are alway clean and they have the cleanest beach area. We always having good time here. This is my favorite resort so far. The front desk ladies were being helpful when we had air condition issues in one of our room. However, some of the stuff may need replacing or repairing, like the beds and air condition. Other than that, everything is wonderful.

Great location - walking distance to pier, shopping and lots of places to eat! Staff was great - Marshall at the Tiki was on point! Towels provided for beach and pool use! Would recommend again and again!

We did a staycation to enjoy the sunset/sunrise on the beach. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the gulf side. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. My only two small inconveniences were only one trash can in the entire room/bathroom and the walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbor coughing ALL night long. At times it sounded as if she was next to our bed.

The property is located on Pensacola beach, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The restaurant is well staffed and the food was tasty. No issues with this hotel. Will stay there again.
