A must stay if attending Civic Center event
I did not know prior to booking that there is a skywalk connecting this hotel to the Peoria Civic Center. That was a wonderful surprise, especially since it was cold after the show and we didn’t have to go outside to walk back to the hotel.

The front desk staff was amazing, very helpful with directions, explanations, and my questions. We did not interact with any other staff nor utilize any of the amenities, although we were informed of them by the front desk. Room was clean for the most part, wasn't sure how well it had been vacuumed. Parking and skywalk was easily accessible.

A great stay at an aging hotel. My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was terrific -- very helpful and friendly. The building itself is a bit run down: the elevators are a little slow, the "bistro" is a counter with a convection oven, and the carpet is stained and fraying or torn in places (the threshold at my room door was just a ragged raw edge of carpet, though it was never a tripping hazard). It's extremely convenient to the convention center, and offers discounted parking at the convention center garage. Unfortunately, there's not much in the way of daytime dining nearby (there were a couple of places within a 2-3 block radius, which were immediately overwhelmed by convention attendees). Obviously not the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting. Overall, I'm very pleased with my choice. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in town for another convention.

Perfect location if you’re attending anything at the Civic Center! Room is basic but was clean but worth mentioning that area around the hotel can be pretty noisy though and they charge their guests to park.

The room was nice and clean, but only had one small trash can in the whole toom room. I was also surprised that there was not a microwave in room. It had advertised that there was. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very chilly so we were not able to swim as much as we would have liked to. I was also surprised that we were charged for parking. It was nice , but not for the amount we paid.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff at the desk was great. The woman working the cafe for breakfast on Saturday was rude. I walked to the other hotel for my coffee. Otherwise, the stay was great— the bed was super comfortable and the space suites our needs.
