The hotel was very empty not sure why I was placed in a room with a view of the roof on the second floor. The restaurant was nice. There was hair on the bathroom floor and a wrapper under the sink counter but otherwise clean. Found street parking right outside the entrance late evening which was nice.

Perfect for mini vacation with your grandkids. My granddaughter felt like a princess from the start of the welcome crew that took our bags up to our room, the friendly welcome as we got checked in, the five-star restaurant where everything tasted like it was cooked from scratch, our exceptional room and the outstanding pool and extremely relaxing hot tub. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. Can't wait to stay here again!!

At check in I believe there was an off duty clerk visiting with the working clerk. I didn’t need to hear about all of the vomit that she cleaned up. She was very interruptive the entire time. We stayed on 5th floor. Room was very nice but no hot water. I let the water run for 20 minutes and took lukewarm bath
