Service was brutally awful. Also, on a Thursday night the bar was loud and the language was foul. We could hear it at the elevator, it was not the type of environment I wanted my kids to experience waiting for the elevator.

Great hotel! Super clean and quiet. The AC register in the rooms is completely wrong though. I put mine on 68, then 60 at night. It blows the exact same temp air regardless of the temp setting you put it on. The room I stayed in was easily 72-74 the whole time. When I walked into the hallway it was so cool so it’s only inside the rooms. I know altering the thermostat saves the hotel $ but it’s difficult to sleep at that temp and it is very obviously altered. The room was stuffy the entire time.

Breakfast is excellent. We appreciated help in changing one of our 2 rooms to accommodate my mom, in a walker, for a shower. Thought: our tub was slippery. Also, the soap and shampoo / conditioner dispensers are a bit high to reach for a 5'3" person.
