at check in i was very irritated with the person managing the front desk because he didn’t activate my card correctly and aside from that he stated my room number out loud with a sketchy person standing behind me. After asking if i could get a different room because i was uncomfortable with him giving out that information he stated “if your uncomfortable then you can check out and go somewhere else”

The place was hidden, there were alot of transients around the area. But the property was very clean, upscale and overall pleasant. Noise was not an issue even though located by freeways.

I can overlook worn and shabby but dirty is inexcusable. Sunflower seeds on the floor, inch thick dust around the perimeter of the carpet, tops of dressers not even wiped off, dust thick on plugs and cords. The pillows were so lumpy and misshapen, it was obvious they hadn't been changed out in years. Would not recommend.

I booked a double bed room and they put me in a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa because they said someone overbooked. The sleeper sofa was so bad. I went to the front desk and the clerk gave me 2 comforters, extra pillow, sheet set and blankets which I stuck under the mattress because it was falling thru the bars and all the stuffing helped but that bed needs to go. It was still uncomfortable.

When i say a terrible first impression let me send you a picture of the desk chair its the first thing you see. Overall doesn't do much better when you finally get the door to unlock. Had to get housekeeping to let me in. Wyndham has a higher standard than this in my other stays

Check in was a pain, parking was annoying. Worst continental bfast I’ve ever had. All they had was coffee and mini donut waffles. And not a huge amount. Who wants mini donuts for breakfast? We took a few each, but couldn’t load up as they only had one basket out. We still had to go get breakfast after. We chose it because this place supposedly had breakfast included.

Great property, great price!
Overall is was great. The property was easy to find. The hotel exterior was clean and free of debris. The interior was clean and the dining area free of debris. The room was comfortable and had clean sheets. The bathroom was clean and had clean towels. The only thing the shower did not have a curtain, so the floor was wet after a shower.

Royally Flushed
Toilet broke. Asked for it to be fixed, and nothing was done. We left on the second night to another hotel. Never again will I stay at this hotel and brand. Invest in your hotels, meaning hire mainstaff to fix problems that arise.

Ok but not worth the price
Room was not the cleanest. But it wasminor things that was wrong. The bed was clean, but the head board had mysterious orange globs on one side. The carpet was old, stained just basically needs to be replacedfrom wear and tear. The bathroom had old dried up food bits on the floor. Bed was comfortable, loved the blanket and the ac worked amazingly. Breakfast was bagels, toast, cereal, muffins, make your own waffles, old fresh fruit, juice and coffee. Huge plus was that there was a fridge and microwave in the room.
