Great stay
This is a very clean and comfortable house. Open floor plan allows you not to feel cramped. Pool table/ping pong table was great. Didn’t use the pool/backyard area however it looks like it would be a cool area when there is warmer weather. Hosts were very responsive when I had questions. Thank you for a great stay.

A Lovely Stay
I would highly recommend this property. Gilbert has so much going for it and this house is ideally situated close to many of the “must sees” like the historic downtown, theater, farmer’s market, Gilbert water ranch, Agritopia ….. and more. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with garage and is well maintained both inside and out. I especially liked having meals on the patio overlooking the pool. The host is thoughtful and attentive. There really wasn’t anything that she hadn’t thought of…. I would not hesitate booking again in the future.

Comfortable, quiet, nice area
We have been renting places in the PHX area in the winter for the past 5 yrs. This was one of the best. The area is nice, easy to navigate, close to Old town Gilbert. Great access to trails for our dog. Home was very well stocked, much appreciated.

Great stay, so convenient!
We stayed for Thanksgiving to visit our daughter. The place was just a few miles from stores, restaurants, and her place. We didn't have dinner there, but the kitchen has ample supplies for a large meal - lots of dishes and mixing bowls, and even a turkey pan. There were ample towels and other supplies (sounds simple, but some places are surprisingly lacking). Good internet and a desk for me to get some work done. We paid to have the pool heated and it was so nice. Jessica was a lovely host, was very communicative, and made things easy for us. We will bookmark this one for the future!

Perfect location with perfect amenities
We had a perfect stay! The house is in a great location, spacious and clean, and the host provided amenities that we didn't even think of. We loved just hanging out playing pool and table tennis. We will definitely book again!

Our stay at Summer Meadows was enjoyable. The checkin/checkout information was timely and well documented. The attributes of the home were detailed and accurate photos provided. The owners responded quickly to our questions. There were lots of towels, bedding and extras in place as well as information for the operation of all the appliances. The light switches were labelled and a list of local eateries and recommendations provided. The location is excellent - close to shopping and downtown Gilbert which has lovely restaurants. We sampled some of the eateries suggested and agree with the recommendations. Another plus is the lovely walking trail network that is accessible at the bottom of the street. We enjoyed several morning walks before it became too warm. The pool is lovely and the patio furniture is comfortable. Although we did not use it the bbq is available We highly recommend Summer Meadows as a vacation rental - a Five Star experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very clean great furnishings and best "well stocked" home we've stayed in. You won't need anything from the kitchen to games to towels etc Pool was in excellent condition (my husband is in the pool service). Great info/instructions provided. You will be very pleased 😁

This property was awesome!!! We've rented several VRBO properties in the past and this was by far the best!!! Very Clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, nice pool, compfy beds, lots of space, and a great location for everything we wanted to do...The owners were very easy to communicate with!! August 2024 stay
We had a wonderful stay while visiting our son and his family after the birth of our new grandson. The home is immaculate and well stocked. There was plenty of room to host them for dinner. The pool was clean and so nice to have on the property, although at this time of year we were only able to use it early in the morning or late in the afternoon when it was shady. The hosts were responsive when we had questions. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect!
This home had all that we needed and wanted - from lovely decor, to very comfortable beds and seating, to built in fun (pool! ping pong!, etc.), and it was all in great proximity to our family in Gilbert and to all that Gilbert has to offer (shopping, eating, ETC). We would not hesitate to return to this location on future visits, and we would not hesitate to encourage others to stay here. Thank you!!!

comfy place to stay
we were visiting family in the area. this home is so comfy and clean with all the amenities you need. We really appreciated the time and detail.taken with the property as far as labeling and locating items in the home. the pool was beautiful and we enjoyed lots of outdoor time in the sun and eating our meals al fresco. The owner was very responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. thank you.

Great Gilbert AZ stay!!
The house was so clean and had all the little extras you would want in a house garage w/ opener and in ground pool. Kitchen had all the basic needs of a kitchen that you didn’t have to buy spices, kitchen soap to extra garbage bags.

This was a great place to stay for our daughters wedding. The property had all great appliances. Added bonus/ a steamer for dresses. We didn’t use the pool table with limited time but it was nice to have. We would definitely stay here again as the property is close to everything. Communication with host was fantastic

Great time
Our stay was great, easy to find, path at the end of the block to go for nice morning walk. Neighborhood quiet. House had everything we needed. Loved the pool, ping pong and pool table. Only suggestions my kids had was lighting by the pool so they could swim later in the evening.
