Great stay, bad incidental charges, expensive food
Overall it was a comfortable and good experience, only blocks away from any eating joints, however my major complaint would be the security deposit for incidentals. You do get charged a lot per day and I stayed for nearly a week which amounted to a few hundred dollars more which they did say would be credited back after about 5-7 business days but they should really post that information in their hotel info when making a reservation and setting up payment ahead of time.

Nice hotel in Downtown Phoenix
Great room in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. Had a corner room with four windows, which made for a panoramic view. Room was spacious and very clean. Would definitely go back.

Great location and very friendly staff. Good quality coffee and tea 24 hours a day in the lobby . There was a refrigerator in the room and microwave in the lobby , so leftover restaurant food was not wasted. The hotel belongs to Hilton group and the free membership point can be used at Hilton.
