Stayed 2 nights and I was satisfied with my stay. Only about 5 mins away from airport and the shuttle driver would take us to and from airport. If you need to get to downtown the shuttle driver takes you to the sky train then take the rail light to downtown, very convenient. Room was clean and AC worked amazing.

Was in Room 304. Heard doors slamming all night, I believe it was to the staircase. Booked thru Expedia and was charged $71 for parking. No idea why as the lot is out doors.

The customer service was awful . When we arrived we had no pillows in a one bedroom suite for 5 people. It took multiple calls to the desk and asking house keeping when we saw them in the hall to get some. They finally came and dropped some off 3 for 5 people. Called again and went to the desk and asked for more hours later we got another one still short on pillows. Four towels for 5 people, just a dirty place with poor attitude
