Started off not so great, but was a good trip overall
Unfortunately, The A/C was broken when we arrived at the property and couldn’t be fixed until the next day. It was a little upsetting after a long flight there. But the owners offered compensation for the night and stay at a hotel. Overall, it was a good experience that was close to being great.

Lovely condo adjacent to Old Town Scottsdale
We spent 3 nights in this lovely condo. It was nicely furnished with an equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area outside front door for coffee in AM and wine in PM. Within walking distance of Old Town and it’s numerous restaurants, shops and wine bars. Condo was clean and orderly with fine amenities in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Great location, adequate place
We were bummed to find out that the pool was way too cold to be in (in March at least) and had a weird instance of someone coming into our unit during our rental period. The laundry key was missing for half of our stay and then one day miraculously showed up. We didn't love that. The location of the unit is wonderful. The community is quiet. The unit itself is adequate.

The owners of this condo, went above and beyond to assure our trip was the best. Their condo was PERFECT. It is in a great location, truly walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. The condo was impeccably clean and perfectly supplied. There was not one missing item, from the wifi, to the wine opener, to the cards, to pool towels, to the measuring cups, to filtered water and coffee, to visitors info...... Very, very nice. Lovely, newly remodeled space just off the beaten path of Old Town Scottsdale, but within a short 10 minute walk to be in the middle of all that the area has to offer. A perfect space for our party of three. The owners were very responsive to questions and the check in/out process, which was appreciated, since we had not previously vacationed with HomeAway. Everything was as promised.

Enjoyed our week in this property. Owners are great to work with and it was very easy to find and access. Good internet access, but cell reception was difficult. Quiet, friendly neighbors. If you are planning on doing laundry, bring quarters. Newer furnishings and nice bedding. Kitchen is dated but well stocked with the basics. Really appreciate paper products and detergent being available. Would rent again in a heart beat.

Fantastic place!
This condo is a couple of streets away from the old arts district (filled with art galleries, restaurants and night life) yet it still offers a quiet and peaceful stay. The condo is well-appointed, fully stocked and offers very comfortable living (we were there for 10 days). The owners were helpful and professional which helped make it a very positive experience and vacation. This is in an ideal location with a 10 to 15 minute drive to most top attractions. Highly recommended.
