This is a two bed, two bath, unit with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in the Master bedroom, and a 2nd bedroom also with King bed and a full bath right outside the bedroom door. Plenty of room in the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals, and spacious dining room with six seats at the table. Luggage cart available inside the condo for the exclusive use of owner's guests.

Needs some work
We enjoyed our stay at the condo, but this particular unit needed some help. The floors were dirty and left our socks pretty gross. Guest shower had a moldy shower curtain and the floor of it was visibly dirty. Guest bedroom was VERY dusty like no one had been there in a while. Both beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no boxspring, only a mattress on a metal frame. Couch in the living room is very worn and cushions were flattened. Just needs some attention to this unit.

New Year’s Trip
Location of this property is great! Parking is a little tight but doable. Cleanliness of the condo has a LOT to be desired!!! I don’t normally complain but the condo was disgusting so I did contact the owner and he had the cleaning lady come back out but she walked in with a little tiny backpack and that’s it so she was pretty much a joke which says a lot of why the condo was so nasty. Owner did refund us the cleaning fee and our first night stay but I would have much preferred a CLEAN condo verses a refund. I ended up going and getting cleaning supplies and I cleaned the condo myself. Overall we enjoyed our trip but unless the owner changes cleaning companies, we’ll pass on staying here again.

We absolutely loved the location and how accessible it was to get to everything we love doing. The condo had great decor but was a bit disappointed that it wasn't decorated. It could use a good deep cleaning as the master bath tub faucet had mold hanging from it, but it wasn't so bad that we wouldn't stay again.

Very clean and comfortable.
The condo was very clean and well furnished. It had nice accommodations such as walk in shower and large balcony. All necessities were furnished. There is no management to deal with. The host provides all necessary information, so keep their contact info for assistance. Trying to contact the host through Vrbo is very difficult, so make sure you have the host’s contact number. The area was quiet and peaceful. We would stay again.

Very convenient location. Detailed instructions were helpful. Easy booking and cancellation if we had needed it. Easy check in. Elevator was very helpful but needed to be cleaned all three days we were there. Large balcony was nice and quiet. A little more attention to detail when cleaning the unit would've been helpful. No deal breakers but just sticky spot on bedroom floor, dusty window sills and baseboards, trash left on nightstand. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The property location was perfect for the events we traveled to Pigeon Forge to attend. My son and I were very comfortable in the accommodations. We had to contact the property manager reference a left item and he was very responsive. Maybe have a list of things to do in the are available upon check in which also contains the wifi password. Overall we had a great time.

We arrived after 9 pm and the condo was a mess! When I spoke with the owner his reply was my bad .. I forgot to tell my cleaner you were arriving today!!! The elevator was filthy and the property was very dated and in need of repair for the price they list.

Spacious condo
We enjoyed staying in the condo for 4 nights. It’s quite spacious and the balcony is large. The only people on this property with a better view would be the 2 condominiums directly above it. Location is great. Not far from anywhere in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg that you want to go. There were only a couple of complaints I had for this place. The housekeeping could do a better job with cleaning and dusting. But overall, we would stay here again.

Great location, great views!
The location right off the parkway is super convenient while still being quiet and peaceful. The views can not be beat from the wrap around balcony. We had a bit of an issue with housekeeping after checkin but Brian addressed the issue quickly. The indoor pool and game room left a lot to be desired. The outdoor pool is a bit of a walk from the room, but we used it a few times. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Big Bear condo

Perfect location for Ripken Tournament
We were in Pigeon Forge for our son's baseball tournament at The Ripken Experience. This condo could not be more perfect. Easy drive to both locations for games, and the perfect retreat when done playing and looking to relax by the pool. We loved that we weren't stuck in a hotel filled with kids and instead were able to relax just off the strip. The kitchen was well equipped. Our son liked having his own room and bathroom. And the wraparound balcony offered breathtaking views of the mountains! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Incredible View!
Our family traveled to Pigeon Forge for our son's baseball tournament at The Ripken Experience. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. We particularly loved the corner balcony with views of the majestic Smokies!
