Convenient off freeway. Very clean and large room. good breakfast. Checkout in morning was quick and desk person was very nice. Checkin lady was fine but could have smiled to great customers and a little more positive energy. She probably gets asked the same dumb questions from every person but my experience matters

The woman who checked us in was snotty and rude. The room was ok until i used the bathroom, there was black mold in the cracks around the shower. It was not clean either. When we checked out the woman who helped us was nice. She said she wasnt surprised by the rudeness of the lady the night before!

Comfortable bed, good location, decent breakfast, needs work in rooms, very friendly, helpful breakfast person which is a 100% turn around from the person that checked us in. We checked in around 9:30pm and were greeted by a rude, grumpy receptionist, which was completely unnecessary. This world can use kindness.

The walls were thin you could hear everybody walking up and down the halls, talking dogs barking down the hallway, kids being really loud at night not the greatest for quietness room is clean as it could be though and breakfast was pretty good

The only thing (a pretty big thing) I didn't like was that the accessible room was SO FAR from the front of the hotel....which is where breakfast is also. What in the world are they thinking?! If you need an accessible room, you probably can't walk 1/2 mile to get there! The lower height bed was nice, though.

Room was okay at best. The biggest issue I had was the room freshener they used in the room was simply over powering to the point my eyes watered a bit till I got used to it. Also the spicket in the tub had a drip which can become a bit annoying. Rate and staff and location were fine.

Room was a good size. I didn't like that the dark curtains didn't extend the length of the outside window and could see people walk past our place where we had a first floor room. The beds were nice, hard enough. The breakfast buffet was a favorite part and being able to watch the Hallmark Channel, even a Christian TV channel were perks. The coffee/tea station didn't have really hot coffee or hot enough water at ANY time during stay. Disappointing. No suggestions on where to eat nor asked about our stay in the area....

Room was very clean..bed comfortable. The only issue we had was the fan would not turn off on the heat/air conditioning unit. We talked to two different people about it and both said the thermostat was on the wall. Went back to room..no thermostat! Finally on the day we checked out a really nice young man ( I think his name was Levi) said "oh yeah some of the rooms have thermostats and some don't". other two people should have know that. when we asked about someone coming down to look at it the response was "well he leaves at 4:00..didn't check it the next day either! not sure about staying again. price is right..breakfast is good..
