Staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining the parking situation. Rooms were lovely, quite beautiful. Short walk to market square which is nice to check out, close to PPG arena as well. There is a subway station nearby as well. I liked the water stations set up in the reception, pretty cool concept. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Even.

I loved how it was an open setting the the rooms weren’t like your typical hotel rooms the floor to ceiling curtains and the amazing neon light in the rooms with the work out gear…… made my trip Also there is a front desk agent by the name of Jordan who literally has the best customer service skills known things like that aren’t taught….. he took great care of us I feel like that man deserves a raise because of the extent he goes To make sure “His Guest” as he calls it are well taken care of and protected

Great location and very spacious
The hotel is located in a great, central downtown Pittsburgh location. The entrance is secure (room key or buzzed in), and the room was very spacious and clean. Exercise equipment was provided, but my stay was too short to enjoy it.
