Our stay was very relaxing. We did find some trash near the bed that was likely not seen when the bedding was changed (it makes me question if it was changed at all actually.) But the service was very nice and overall the room was very comfortable.

My husband I spent 2 nights at the Hampton and really liked this hotel. The parking was free and easy. The room was large with a king bed and a sofa area. The bathroom was also a good size. The bed was very comfortable. They always had coffee in the lobby and the free breakfast had a good variety and was very tasty. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining. The hotel was very clean and within walking distance of the strip and the heinz museum was right across the street! Very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Haptom Inn maked us feel like home
We had great time at our stay at Hampton Inn. All the Staff was friendy and hotel was roomy. We enjoyed the Pool and also hot tub. In night front desk baked fresh hot cookies. Kids loved it with their hot cocoa. Parking was an easy being in the downtown Pittsburgh. Will definitely come again.

Well maintained and operated hotel within walking distance of many restaurants. Very good breakfast. Fresh eggs/sausage/oatmeal. Could have used more waste recepticles in rooms. We had only one small waste basket in the bathroom.

Great amenities, friendly staff. It was really nice to have a comfortable area to sit while we waited to go to the airport, with fruit and coffee provided. They kept our bags safely behind the desk while we went for a walk along the river.

Excellent staff, beds reasonably comfortable, breakfast pretty good, most things in good working order! Did have an issue with a leak in the room from the crazy storm (delayed Sunday night football) but they got us a different room and comped the night. Only other issue is the hot tub jets had no pressure. Did not mention to staff though, the temperature of the water was good and enjoyed relaxing in it well enough! Overall definitely recommend, it’s a nice facility with great staff!
