Always a great stay here! We have stayed here 5 times and enjoy it every single time. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are lovely. The staff is welcoming and bend over backwards to serve their guests. Never a bad experience at any riu property. Shout out to Carlos at breakfast and lunch buffets, David at the pool bar, and Claudia at the lobby bar for ALWAYS going above and beyond to take care of us! Always welcomed with a smile and needs anticipated by this staff! Was sad to leave!

Celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with family. It was there first time in Mexico and now they want to come back every 6 months. Hospitality at Riu from the front desk to cleaning staff is amazing. Everyone was happy to help and make sure we had an amazing stay. Room we were in had a bath tub that my husband use daily to relax after “tough” day at the sea and “battling” culinary masterpieces. Beach had plenty of shade and beach chairs to relax. We were never wanting for anything. We spent most of the time on the beach and we had a best waiter Enrique that was always happy to help and bring any drinks that we asked for. Our favorite was natural Strawberry drink. We will definitely come back to Riu Palace Riviera Maya

Amazing place. Don't believe the bad reviews. The resort is very clean. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very well. All the staff were very polite and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was varied and there are activities every day at the resort. I took a notes the names of some of the staff and I want to commend them for their excellent service. Jose the night waiter, Joe the aqua gym instructor, Emanuel Italian restaurant, Jose and Erick from the Steak restaurant, German from the bar, Antenor and Antonio at breakfast, all 10/10, including the housekeeping staff. Our stay was great. Hotel is lovely, food options are fantastic and varied. The service is absolutely fantastic, and above and beyond. The hotel is large and expansive, and the rooms can be far back from the beach/pools. Entertainment isn’t the most dynamic that we’ve seen, but the fitness options were great. One thing of note is that the soundproofing isn’t really there- so it can be a noisy stay. It felt like the cleaning of rooms was happening all the time, hearing furniture being moved around. Also noisy guests in the halls very late at night. But we felt well rested regardless. The beach and water are fantastic and all the crew worked so hard to make the stay fantastic.

All the staff was on 👉 point,everyone was so friendly, all make you feel like ROYALTY 👑 The food out standing 👌 STAFF MADE IT SUPER FOR MY GIRLFRIEND BIRTHDAY. WE DEFINITELY COME BACK. 💯 RECOMMENDED. Please Tip your servers, they work real hard.

This hotel has everything you can ask for; from exceptional, friendly and helpful staff to variety of amenities, restaurants, coffe bars, great entertainment; not only the evening shows but others well organised activities throughout the day. The White Party is a must to attend when you there. Not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire palace. We will definitely go back to this particular Riu.

all you need is there,I’m so in love with the beach and the service they provide us it was the best. Very nice all inclusive hotel and safe as it is on a private area.
