The home is fully equipped with kitchen appliances/tools, upgraded linens, and all the things needed for a memorable vacation. Home also includes Corian countertops, Crown Molding , Plantation shutters throughout most of the home, well appointed office, gas grill, gas fire pit, and all the luxuries of home.
The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, Guest Bedrooms have queen size beds in each. All Bedrooms are equipped with New Smart Televisions.

We are only 20 minutes from to the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches such as Englewood Beach, Boca Grande, and Stump Pass. Venice Beach and the Historical town of Punta Gorda is less than 30 minutes away. This location is also minutes from world class fishing fleets and many other boating opportunities.
