Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Booked my reservation 2 months ahead and when I got to the property me, my wife and my kids to check in the owner of the property said that property busy and booked already for someone else!!! He left me in the street hopeless.he ruined my vacation.that was my 2nd time booked this property,this how he appreciate business.
