Stayed here after climbing Mount Snowdon. Stayed in one of the cabana lodges.
Would highly recommend it for families.
Our 2 boys loved it in the upstairs bunk.
Couldn’t fault the lodge at all.
Set in stunning grounds.
Hotel staff were brilliant.

Lovely park in a beautiful setting. So convenient for exploring Snowdonia. Enjoyed the fresh air and delicious food! Will definitely come back!
Excellent accommodation and staff, the Cabana had plenty of room for 4 of us, and it is really clean and cosy. the site is really clean and there are some nice walks. It is only a 10 minute drive to Porthmadog and about 40 minutes to Snowdon.

We came for climbing Snowdon as a treat for my daughter. The Hotel was absolutely lovely and comfortable to stay in. From the greeting by Neil to the excellent hot meals in the restaurant to leaving at the end they were all excellent and friendly staff. Will definitely come again. Thank you for excellent service.
On arrival we got downgraded to a room in the hotel from one of the cabana suites at no fault of our own. There was an “issue” with the cabana.
The room was very basic and below standard. The floorboards were uneven and noisy - when walking around the room the wardrobe door knocked they were that uneven.
The TV mount was half hanging off the wall.
Went in the bathroom after we had been for tea and there was a horrendous sewage smell. The smell was coming from the shower, it was so bad we couldn’t take a shower it would’ve knocked us sick.
On check out there was no one there, just leave your key on the reception.
Left us a “gift” due to the inconvenience - a bottle of cheap Prosecco. Our night away for a birthday celebration was ruined. I’d never return.
We stayed in a woodland spa suite. The accommodation was premium quality with a free standing bath and lovely mood lighting. Out doors we had the pleasure of a private hot tub.
We ate breakfast at the premises and i felt confident eating there based on the extra measures in place for individuals with dietary requirements. As i have coeliac disease they provided gluten free products and a seperate toaster.
This hotel was extremely good in all areas all the staff helpful polite and very .smart in appearance. My room was very tastefully furnished with a large bathroom. Parking was easy and the outside paved area was really attractive. The menu was really varied and food delicious
The service throughout my stay was faultless .the staff worked together as a team and showed enjoyment in their work
