Hotel staff was nice, everything was clean and room felt new and well kept. Surrounding area doesn't feel very safe but hotel entrance isolated from the street to make up for it. Valet parking is the same price as advertised, but does feel a bit steep especially considering there is no self park option.

Nice stay at the Hotel Eastlund
Lovely boutique hotel nicely renovated and nicely appointed. Centrally located to everywhere I needed to be. Rooftop Metropolitan restaurant offers stunning views, and outstanding food across the board. I will certainly consider the Hotel Eastlund next time I'm in the PDX / Portland area.

The property itself is nice. The room had quite a few stains on the carpet, remote for tv had some weird disgusting gunk on it that I had to clean off myself. The room overall was clean just various details were not.

We were extremely happy with the hotel itself. Modern-chic interior fit for a magazine. The key-card access to enter the property was a nice touch considering the area. The bed was comfortable and there were purchasable amenities in the room - a little spendy, but you pay for that convenience. Next to the front desk is a snall convenience store to purchase drinks and other items as you go on your way. Being in the concention/expo district means you're not walkable to some of Portland's highlights, but we had no issue getting uber or lyft. We did find some cool restaurants within walking distance. The walkable vicintiy can be a little sketch but not too bad.

They let me check in early, however I did not like the communication of the janitor with the restroom use, the front desk allowed me to use it however the janitor was it is closed due to cleaning when she was not even cleaning it.

Helpful staff. Centrally located. Nicely renovated. Great roiftop patio and bar. Nice room but decor was unsettling- too many unconnected patterns and colors. Much of ceiling was painted brown which made room feel crowded/ short.
