Best in the area

While the Microtel looks like your standard budget hotel, it has so much to offer. First of all, the location is perfect! It's so conveniently located on Roosevelt Trail (Rt. 302), between Windham and Raymond. The lobby and rooms are clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is very nice. And this particular Microtel seems to be family-run, because everyone is so nice and helpful.

It is a clean hotel, and well maintained. The breakfast is included but it does not have a lots choices. The rooms are clean but you can hear all the movements from the above floor. I mean every sound.

We selected this property away from town because it had such great reviews. The staff were not particularly kind and seemed annoyed by our inquiries (just checking in and out, no other issues noted with them). It was also fairly noisy.

Very Expensive No Frills Hotel

When we booked the hotel on line we thought we were giving ourselves a luxury treat on a lake because of price and description. We were totally disappointed to find ourselves checking into a no-frills hotel with no king-size beds available, a tiny TV and no comfortable chair in the room, just a desk chair.
