The room was clean and tidy. However, the layout and practicality of the room was a little bit of an inconvenience. Wardrobe hangers were available, but you couldn't move them anywhere where the air is flowing, as they were fixed to one location (Hostile architecture). We couldn't hang our jackets to dry after getting soaked from the rain.

This is a great leisure hotel. Staff are excellent - I cannot flaw their approach. The hotel decor is great. The room was very good - love the mirror that turns into a TV. Bed very comfortable. Good AC. For a hotel, the restaurant is excellent. No rip off pricing at the bar. Negatives - if I had been travelling on business and needed to work from my room - there is no desk or similar - the sink seems to have a fixed open plug. Very minor - A really good hotel, well situated, exemplary staff service and really quite lovely. Porto is also a great city to visit!
