Great location, easy access, safe. Good breakfast buffet, although it would be nice to add some more types of fresh fruit. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm at 4am due to a broken pipe in the basement, so my stay wasn't that restful. The fire department did a great job, arriving quickly and addressing the problem.

Consistently Great
Have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times and it is always a great stay. In particular, the evening front desk women was delightful: friendly, efficient and helpful. As at all Hampton Inns I have stayed at , the breakfast is excellent for an included amenity. Plenty of options and regularly cleaned and restocked. Bed was quite comfortable and the room was spacious with high ceiling.

The hotel itself was alright. We spent there less than 10 hours overnight. But it was the staff who made it very stressful and unpleasant. We had a problem with digital keys. Staff, manager including, were unwilling to help and simply dismissed our concerns. We eventually arrived closer to 11 pm not even sure what room we were staying in and if it was ready for us. Morning staff wasn’t much better, unable to help replce forgotten toiletry. Thankfully Hilton Honors stepped up after the fact and issue us some credit points. Overall, I'd say avoid this hotel. Customer service clearly needs improvement.
