Very stylish hotel in wider center of Prague. Upscale little outdated interior. Great dining options. Full buffet breakfast. Parking a full size SUV might be a little challenging.

Great hotel but do not get anything out of the mini bar totally a rip of a bottle of water a kit Kat and tobalo £5:50 breakfast wasn’t the best stayed at a hotel in Brno probably the best breakfast in Czech Republic by far

Don Giovanni a No Go.
The rooms were dingy and hotel gave us 2 rooms with 4 little single beds. I asked them to change the room the refused saying they were sold out I told them I had booked one king and 2 double beds.but they refused to accommodate my request and their AC did not work.

Great place for our family to stay. We recommend upgrading for access to the executive level. It was a perfect spot for us to gather and decompress after our day of touring. The hotel is lovely, the staff friendly and being right next to the Metro was perfect for us to get in and oit of city center easily. Also check out the spa:)

Fantastic Stay
Fantastic hotel that we would highly recommend. Staff on reception so helpful with tourist information, taxi bookings etc. Speedy check in/out service. Room was perfect for us, spotless, well turned out and had everything we needed. Beds comfortable and dressing robes and slippers provided. Hardly any noise at all, so had a great sleep. Cocktails at the bar were delicious and the lady in the gift shop is super helpful and friendly. Metro and tram stop a 2 minute walk away outside, perfect for travelling into the old town/ tourist attractions. We will definitely return in the future, thank you for a lovely stay.

This hotel suffers hugely from a lack of updating. Who has a shower with only a 14" shower door??? The entire bathroom gets wet while you stand in the shower trying to keep warm. The air conditioning in the room doesn't work at all. The bathtub stopper was broken. The breakfast is a zoo, with children running everywhere screaming. Virtually nothing healthy at breakfast, and all the eggs are undercooked to the point of being raw, which is dangerous. This is definitely NOT a hotel for Americans; only Eastern Europeans would tolerate this low standard. It's only positive point is that it is near a Metro stop, but still 25 minutes ride to any site.

Perfect for sightseeing in Prague
Great location for visiting Prague. Really nice hotel, with great breakfast and good service. The reception, restaurant and bar areas are stunning. The bedrooms were nice but not very well stocked (hangers, toiletries, tea/coffee etc).
