Satisfied with the stay.
Good location - albeit being slightly off-centre, the tram connection was super convenient, only <2mins to the station. The room was clean and warm, but note that room does not have a kettle. Breakfast option was on expensive-side, and we ended up eating at nearby cafes which were all very delicious. The mini game station in the lounge was more fun than we thought. The staff speaks okay english, and although there were some occasions with difficulties in communication, they tried to be helpful all the way through.

Mama Shelters never disappoint!
Being from LA we had high expectations for Mama Shelter Prague as the LA location is one of my favorite bars in town! Well, mama shelter Prague certainly did not disappoint! I highly recommend for individuals in their 20s/30s that are looking for a trendy, but Attentive experience. Although, there were people there of all ages, many families with children in addition to professionals. The dining experience was absolutely delicious better than some of the main restaurants in town. The staff was 24 seven and attentive in the area was very safe and secured with plenty of parking. Unfortunately, there is no room service and the restaurant closed relatively early On the However, we were able to order plenty of late night food with the food delivery app Service. I recommend this location for a trendy hotel experience.

Hotel was very nicely furnished and for a great price nice and close to the city centre. Had a ticket machine in the foyer and a tram stop right outside meaning you could get anywhere very easily.

Property and Staff were faultless. Rooms were lovely and clean, loved the quirky atmosphere too! Easy and quick check in / check out process and they helped us book a taxi on check out. Not a lot going on in the area surrounding particularly, but only a 10 minute drive into the main city centre and tram services accessible right outside. Really enjoyed our short stay here and would stay again & recommend highly.

Good Hotel - surrounding area not so much
Very comfortable room. Nice clean hotel with a fun bar. Restaurant area was closed when I arrived so cant comment on the food. It was Halloween when I was there, I arrived at around 9pm and had to go out to eat. There was a poorly lit grass square in front of the hotel that you had to walk past. There were four guys there who started shouting and walking towards me as I walked past. Didn't feel safe and there was no way of taking an alternate route.

Really good location, 30 seconds from the tram which is only 15 mins into city, and also a shopping centre behind you and a really nice park 10 min walk away, staff were really helpful and nice, rooms were clean and comfy the bed was sooo comfy, would definitely recommend and will stay again
