We had stayed at the Majestic Mirages sister property the Majestic Elegance a number of times pre-covid. The Mirage was higher rated than the Elegance. Depending on your wants and needs it is about dollars. Both properties are nice. The Mirage is all one bedroom suites where the Elegance although comparable is not one bedroom. So when I say it is about the dollars. If the Mirage is about the same price or maybe slightly more go for the Mirage. We travel a lot so back when we stayed at the Elegance we may not have experienced what we have now, with that said we felt the food didn't deliver. Probably the best dinner option is the French restaurant, then perhaps the steak house. There are many dining options so you will probably find something to suit you. Being from a major metropolitan U.S. area we have access to high grade food so I just expected it to be better. It is a highly rated resort with a lot of activities.

We loved this resort! Our breakfast table was decorated with flowers every morning, we had champagne delivered to us on our anniversary, and the food was phenomenal! But, the best part was the staff. Our butler, Omar, was there for anything we needed. And the rest of the staff treated us like family. We can't wait to go back!

The property was beautiful, the food was good. What stood out the most was the service from the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Cesar went above and beyond. Eduard and Ashelin with the entertainment team were amazing with their cheerful personalities. Charly at the bar made the best drinks and went out of his way to find me cherries for the champagne. We looked forward to seeing David and Marilyn when we sat down for our meals. I will definitely return.

Everything was great, the staff was phenomenal and friendly. The restaurants were very good overall, specifically the steakhouse, Italian and French restaurants. Resort is in pristine condition, clean, updated and very well maintained. The beach is also great and the pool areas were amazing. Both pool and beach have cabanas that are easily accessible. We will definitely be back, thank you again Majestic!!!

Majestic Mirage was wonderful! The grounds are beautiful, the (adults only) pools are nice and relaxing, and the beach is lovely. Very clean and lots of great food choices. The Seaside (beach restaurant) was my favorite - delicious food and a beautiful view! And Samuel and Stephany were wonderful servers. Our "butler", Jose, was amazing! He was helpful, kind and always pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Majestic Mirage for those wanting to relax and not worry about a thing!

The property is really nice and well taken care of. Our butler was excellent and went above and beyond for us his name was Bolivar. Overall staff was super kind and helpful. The food was ok, I liked the steak house and Japanese restaurant the best. Little disappointed with the buffet the food wasn’t as fresh, but over all great stay experience

We had an amazing experience here at majestic mirage. Our butler Ed was great; he messaged us daily to make sure we were good and sent us info on the daily events occurring in the resort. He would also acknowledge us when he would see us out and about, which was very nice. Also the bartenders in the lobby bar were so friendly: indra, Johanna, and the young man that worked alongside with Indra felt like family. We would sit there for hours drinking and talking to them. Can’t wait to come back!
