Lovely hotel and very comfy, staff were excellent!. Good price, although location is outside the centre of Queenstown there is a bus that runs every 20 mins or so which was good. Parking fills up around 7pm but there is paid for parking next door for around $10 a night.

Good location for airport & room had lovely view of mountains although it does not state that a Mountain View room may actually have a window with a very large metal girder in the room by the window! Room was never cleaned properly. The floor was not cleaned and there was so much dust in bathroom on back of toilet & skirting boards.

Amazing views!
Quick and easy and the staffs are accommodating as I told them I did book a Mountain View. It’s so nice to have a walk or jog around as it’s new and developing place! Kawarau river is nearby too if I’m not mistaken of the name. Remarkable shopping center is also walking distance about 10-15mins away. Good weather too we are lucky!

We stayed twice in the same trip in this hotel and we loved the location, the staff was great, helpful and supportive and the overall experience was excellent. The first room we got was better than the second as it was quieter and had more amenities than the second one, although that was pretty nice too. We found parking all 6 days we've stayed there in the two stays but we were generally getting back at the hotel at around 7:30 PM the latest. Highly recommend it.

We stayed for just one night in a basic room. The bed was comfy and the room was fairly spacious. Bathroom was clean, no frills which is what we'd paid for - a place to rest our heads for the night. It's a longish walk to the shops and restaurants but there's a convenient store in the lobby which is self-serve and had meals you can heat up in the provided microwave as well as mini bottles of wine/beer etc. and pastries were provided to buy as well.

Highly recommend to anyone staying in queenstown. We did not try public transport but you need a car to explore the local area anyway. In between most places you would want to visit so made getting out and about really easy. Parking situation for us was fine due to being off season, if car park spaces are full there is a car park next door for $10 a day.
