This hotel is in a quiet area, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful views of the moutains. The only thing I didnt like was the thin walls. I could hear people in the room above and you could hear when others showered (the water in the pipes). If you are a light sleeper, don't stay here. Other than that it was good.

The hotel had wonderful views, probably the best I've ever seen from a hotel. You have a mountain on your doorstep:). A bus very Close by takes you to the airport (in about 10mins) and the same bus goes to central Queenstown. My room had its own washer/dryer, the room was large and overall the hotel was really nice. Staff were very nice also.

Property is located overlooking the mountains. It is a well maintained property with regular housekeeping service. It has a few parking spots reserved for hotel guests. Also, there is a public parking available if you need park overnight (back exit of the building is the shortcut). The property has cafe which also stocks basic groceries.

Property, staff and facilities are amazing. Cleaning each day, with a focus on making the bed and emptying bins mostly. Great views accessible with only a little walk to the closest bus and shops, and a little drive to the city and Frankton bus station (a stop on most tours)

I received a ticket while staying on the hotel property because the hotel DID NOT have enough parking spaces. I actually parked in a valid space, but one wheel was on the grass (so I would not impeded other traffic) and the hotel DID NOT give me a parking permit even though I rold them I was renting a car (and how to catch bus to rental car agency which they told me how to catch the bus). Last, the older lady working the desk when i checked out was really sour and rude. Not helpful at all.

The Hotel was in excellent condition and staff extremely helpful with a couple of minor issue we had with the washer dryer set up. We did notice some noise from the front sliding door whenever they opened and closed below our room but not too bad once it was later. Overall pretty good.
