Great place in UNC campus

This is an old fashion looking building on outside but absolutely state of the art inside. Lovely rooms and dining and beautiful setting. Lots of comfort features included . This is perfect for UNC visits or just Chapel Hill (which is where we were going)

I love taking hot shower, there was none. no water pressure in shower.

The Rizzo Center was a lovely upgrade from the usual hotels we stay at. My daughter & I had a brief stay, while visiting colleges in the area. We were looking forward to a swim in the beautiful pool!! But I forgot my suit and then Hurricane Debby arrived. But our stay was great any how - beautiful rooms, spacious and very clean. Complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great family stay

Great hotel for a family stay. The pantry on each floor with soda, popcorn and ice cream was such a nice touch that kept the kids happy. And the free laundry room was amazing given we were on a 2 week road trip. The site isn’t walking distance to anything so a car is needed, but the area is really lovely. We loved the pool!

Always a wonderful stay, unfortunately this time, there was a LOUD barking dog that woke my toddler up. This dog also barked at night causing him to wake up again. Not a fun time b.

Loved this property! It was quiet and clean and the continental breakfast was incredible! The guest pantry was an added treat. The pool was clean and safe for little kids. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
