We were ready to cancel when we first arrived. No elevator, no complimentary breakfast, no cleaning of our room, and the type of room we reserved was not available. The staff were always nice and helpful. It was very convenient for what we wanted to see so we stayed.

The area outside of sliding glass doors meed raked & watered. Bathroom was small & fan didn't work. Was a clean room & the staff was great! Good food in the lounge.

We have stayed here several times because of the pool for the kids. The rooms are never great and always kinda dirty, but this trip was exceptionally bad. We found bed bugs, which they so kindly moved us to another room…the maintenance man even helped carry our things. I was disappointed that the manager never reached out though and check on us or offer to try to make things better/right. Instead, we moved rooms and still slept zero, we all left with some bed bug bites and dealing with the aftermath to make sure we did not bring them home in our luggage. It’s been a real “fun” experience to clean our car and all of our luggage to ensure we don’t bring them home. I know these critters can be found anywhere, but I would have expected the situation to be handled and taken care of quite a bit differently.

Poor service. So many other hotels in the area.

Jessica at the front desk is very rude and unhelpful. Left dirty towels out and was never restocked. Asked front desk for towels three times and was told it was not her problem that’s housekeeping however housekeeping was not available until after 9:30am.
