Mixed thoughts on this stay.
The room reserved was not what i thought i was getting. I thought i eas getting a two bed and sofa. It was just two beds. There were three of us who each needed a bed. The price paid was the higher price for the extra bed. And pre paid. The checkin person was unfriendly and it was a take it or leave it situation. The room was decent enough.

The rooms desperately need deep cleaned. The corners of the room and bathroom and hallways need to be cleaned. The bathroom was fairly gross. There was leftover makeup under the vanity, fake lashes in the shower, and a fake amount of hair in the shower and on the floor. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool. It was disappointing that I left a Christmas gift of a pair of earrings in a gift bag on the bed and I called the hotel about them and of course they could never be found. Maybe the housekeepers should spend just as much time on cleaning as they do snatching other people’s things.

Every time me and my family come to rapid we stay at this hotel our previous experience where always excellent the kitchen and front desk people are awesome also the housekeeping staff but this time when we got there our room wasn’t clean good the couch was very dirty and you could tell the didn’t swipe the restroom we didn’t make big deal for that but the problem is the 2 days we asked for housekeeping the first day they didn’t do nothing just took the garbage so we let the front desk know about that so the next day the didn’t do nothing except doing the bed 😑 previous stay we had requested housekeeping and it was wonderful we will be back hope the housekeeping staff do better other then that everthing was excellent
