The room was ok for what we needed it for. Definitely needs some updates. However in the morning there was constant cabinets being opened up and letting slam shut over and over at the Waterpark arcade next to our room so no one was able to sleep. We informed the guy at the front desk who seemed irritated and careless, he was very rude and no help at all. I did contact higher up about his poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place, chose another connected hotel to the waterpark.

It was noisy. The people in the room next door with an adjoining door were yelling late at night, actually fighting. I tried to call the front desk. No answer. Tried the hotel phone number. No answer. I was a bit scared. I put the pillows against the adjoining door. The people finally quieted down after 11.

The bedspread was dirty and so where the sheets. I had to ask for new ones and clean the room myself. The bathrooms were nasty dirty. It was fairly quiet but the bed are horrible.
