Pre registation doesnt guarantee a quick entrance.
We pre registered online and ended up waiting for 2 different customers that had problems or didnt even have a reservation. Should be a seperate place fir pre registered customers to make it beneficial

Coffee shortage
We only had decaf coffee in the room. Went to front desk and she could not find any either. But when we were leaving I noticed on the service cart they did have regular coffee. We also put a request in and still did not get helped. Disappointing when you Can’t get a coffee when you wake up.

The suite that my lady and I stayed in was really nice, complete with a large working desk, a corner fireplace and around the corner was a huge king size bed. The bed sheets and pillows were really soft. All in all, the room we stayed in was super clean and very comfortable.

We stayed with our grandkids in a family room. Had bunkbeds for the kids with their own TV. The room was clean, beds were comfy, very spacious. Kids had a blast in the pool. Would definitely stay here again!!!
