The room was clean. The hot water pressure was awesome! No complaints. They got rid of tbone special. Hot tub and pool was nice too. Food was market price.

It’s a great option to stay with a very good price for night. The only thing I still don’t like is that recently they have this daily no cleaning room service, you have to request it and also ask for shampoo, soap and water bottles to be refilled. You pay a hotel fee for having those services, isn’t it for that you pay it for ?

Over all great stay!
We were in town for a horse roping event. The Nugget was the host hotel. We had a huge group with us and over all we had a great stay! First thing I would say is staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. Even when you would pass them in the hall you were greeted with a friendly hello. The only place we encountered rudeness from was the bar tender at the small bar by the front lobby. My wife was meeting friends there. She sat down and waited forever to be waited on. The bar tender waited on many others during that time including those that came and sat down after her. She walked right by her every time as if she wasn’t there even though she tried to flag her (bar tender) down. When she finally said in a more loud voice…excuse me can I get… Bar tender turned and gave her a nasty look like how dare you. Then said well do you have an ID? My wife already had it ready since even though my wife is way older she does look young. Bar tender checked it, took her ordered, gave her a drink and said here. She never came back for her to order more so my wife and her friends just left. Other then there all other staff was great! The pool there is great! Kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. Some down sides was no room service and we stood in line for a long time at the café for breakfast. Food was good though. Rooms could be better cleaned. Bedding and towels were clean but door handles, doors and parts of counters needed some more cleaning. But wasn’t awful. Would definitely stay again!

Worth a Road Trip from the Valley!
We were there for our 2nd concert. The first was an outside and this was in the ballroom! It was a road trip from the valley to Reno but we had a great time!!

Pleasantly surprised how clean and how nice & big the room was .. The only thing it was a little noisy we were on the railroad track side and one night. Our neighbors must’ve been smoking marijuana cause you could smell it throughout the room should’ve been a non-smoking.
