Extremely disappointed the pool and hot tub were down. Elevator wasn’t working so it was a long ways to our room each time coming and going. Cold coffee in the entry way. Breakfast was amazing and location were the perks.

Another great stay!

Super clean room and amenities…everything was perfect in the room! Great views from the balcony and the huge window in the room as well…bed was super comfy too! Nothing to complain about. We’ve always had a great stay there, that’s why we come back!

Room was quiet, staff was pleasant. Really liked the ability to walk right out of the hotel to the river walk, and also being able to sit on the balcony overlooking the river and park in the later evening.

Just okay

Our stay there was just fine. The room and property were clean, just out dated looking. Our room had a view, however it was on the far corner of the building and you had to really look out a small corner of the window to see the river, that was disappointing. Also, the pool was under renovations and that wasn't listed on the website. Breakfast was ok.

Staff is very nice, pool & elevator out of service

The staff was very friendly. The pool was out of commission, which wasn't shared with us prior to coming which was a DEFINITE bummer. Looks like it has been out of commission for a while and will be for a while. The river was also encountering an algae bloom so we couldnt go in the water either. The elevator right next to our room was broken down for 2 days and when you come with an infant, you have a ton of stuff. The windows in our room (we had 2 windows) were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Photo is of one of the windows (both looked the same). Breakfast was really good!

The pool was down which was a big part of WHY we went there, but needless to say it was a splendid stay and nice & quiet. We heard a few dogs bark which was no big deal and a very angry mom, lol. Other than that, we slept like babies. Oh, and breakfast was good. Think simple not an over abundance of choices but sometimes you don’t need that. :)
