We stayed here last year and were very impressed and also happy that it is only a couple minutes away from the airport. The reason i didn't give five stars this time, is because after unpacking and settling in to our room, i realized that the whole carpet was soaking wet! I called the front desk and was offered to move, but we had already unpacked. I never received an apology from the manager, even though i wrote a complaint. Why would guests be put in a room where the carpets were just cleaned and not checked to make sure they're dry? Otherwise, everything was very good.

We got there and had to do a lot of paperwork I already did online and then kept getting charged for stuff. Made no sense and then would put back on card and take out a different amount. don’t like how under the beds was dirty and not vacuumed along with the wall decor, Splattered with something on them and left to dry. The breakfast was the same everyday and no variety in fruits or breakfast meats. I can’t say I will stay here again next trip.

I travel with a 10 lb dog and staff was very understanding, explained all the easy to follow rules, breakfast just keeps getting better and better, pancake maker has been added to waffle maker. Lovely scrambled eggs and sausage, multiple breads and bagels to toast.
