There was only one luggage cart on the property and it did not work very well. The continental breakfast was a joke. Not much out, no fruits, coffee was terrible.

I have stayed at better Best Western hotels. The hotel was outdated and not well maintained. For example, the coffee maker in the room and the toaster in the breakfast area were not working.

the place could be so much better. the staff didnt seem to understand the big picture. e.g. lack of black pepper at breakfast, though we were encouraged to break open the tableware packets to get to the tiny salt&pepper package inside each. Really? What a reach. many other examples exist. i wish they could do better.
