The Space:

Additionally, there are many lakes! Lake Bella Vista is a private lake however Bostwick Lake Park is 3 miles away and Myers Lake is 4.6 miles away, both with public access.
There is NO central air at this location. There is a window air conditioning unit in the living room and the queen bedroom only.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 1 private apartment in a 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include driveway and free street parking, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and back patio with a propane BBQ grill. **Please note: there are Several steep steps to access this unit.** You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras.
