Close to the station, small self service accom
This is a self service hotel, which is in the middle of an apartment block. Front door is really hidden and no staff on site. Ok for 1 nights stay and close to the station

Great place! Super close to the train station, walking distance to many sites. Comfortable room, clean and control access to room’s A/C as Rome was very hot during our stay which was welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Truly enjoyed the experience at Hold Rome. I stayed in the room with my mom and niece and it was still very spacious and the convenience to Termini was incredible. Highly recommend this site. Joseph

Very nice staff who spoke English. Our room and bathroom were roomy, which is not what we were expecting in Europe. The AC was powerful. There is a nearby restaurant called Cecio which was our favorite. Very close to the train station and airport bus terminals.

A great location to base yourself for exploring all Rome has to offer. Close to the Metro/Train/Bus station as well as easy to walk to the main attractions. The lady is very friendly, helpful (offered us to leave our bags after we checked out). The breakfast offered Cereal, Tea/Coffee amongst a selection of other items. The room had good aircon, a good tv and a pleasant bathroom/room all in all. A great place to stay if you want to spend your time exploring Rome and have a little base to stay!

We did not know that is bed and breakfast inn. Nine days the host never cleaned the floor. Towels were changed only on the fifth day and as per request. Last day we asked the owner to open the door to the kitchen early because we needed to leave for the flight earlier but the kitchen was closed.

The property is ok. The surround area is kind of dirty. It very close to the main train station which is excellent. There are a lot of restaurants around. The bad thing is that the AC stopped working and it was impossible to sleep. I had to email the owner to get At Least a Fan.

I don't know where these other reviews came from. This place is a dump. When we checked in the blankets were covered in dust as if they had never been changed. They replaced the blankets with new ones the next morning. The bathroom door was broken, and the host never cared to fix it. Breakfast was a joke. I think they would leave uneaten pastries for the next day. The table and seats always looked dirty. They locked the kitchen room after 10AM so if you needed anything in there (like a bottle opener) you were SOL. Everything looked like it was in bad need of replacement. They had an information sheet placed in the room with the old Wifi information. This could easily be printed with the new information. There was a general lack of caring about their guests.
