Mi novia y yo pasamos un par de noches en este hotel para celebrar su cumpleaños. Cada miembro del staff fue amable y servicial. He trabajado en la industria de hospitalidad por casi 12 años y he de reconocer que me he quedado sorprendido de lo frío que es el servicio en Italia, pero no aquí. Aquí si nos hicieron sentir como en casa y estaban genuinamente agradecidos por haberlos elegidos. Todos desde el personal en el Frontdesk y bartender hasta el staff de limpieza y servicio sonreían de vuelta. El valor del hotel es más que justo. Obtendrás por lo que pagarás y un poquito más. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y era hermosa. Todo funcionaba a la perfección, la iluminación, el agua caliente, la TV. El bar lucía muy bien y el servicio era amigable y anticipado. En cuanto a la ubicación, puedo decir que es buena, cerca de restaurantes, bares y áreas de interés. Hola n resumen, un buen lugar para disfrutar de Roma. Definitivamente puedo recomendarlo y por supuesto que me gustaría volver!

The perfect experience!
Our stay was absolutely perfect. Hands down the best staff I've ever encountered at any hotel. Sophia is a rockstar, as is her entire team. Bed is incredibly comfortable, shower is amazing. Truly a top notch boutique hotel experience.

Great team who were fluent in English aswell for those who aren’t scratch with Italian yet. Room was huge, bed was comfortable, bathroom was the best bathroom in a hotel I’ve stayed in. The only let down was the tv had a weird button combination to turn it on - but who need tv anyway - go out and experience Rome

Location is basically in the middle of everything. Food options in the area were fantastic. Staff was absolutely amazing. They made us feel welcome, and helped us every opportunity they could. This includes giving my husband a list of stores to find comic books. The hotel was great, but the staff in all areas of the hotel, makes them stand out among the rest. If i could, I would give them more stars. Thanks for an amazing stay. We plan to return.

The rooms and facilities were great but the highlight ( heroes) was the front desk staff. Sofia and the whole crew offered dining shopping and even fashion advice. Thank you for making Rome memorable for us!

From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, we were treated like friends. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and genuine. This is throughout the hotel - front desk, breakfast, bar, etc. Several members gave us lists of restaurants they love in different places depending on our day. At one point, my husband was looking for an Italian comic book store and was given a long list of possibilities. He was able to find what he was looking for. The area is safe and within walking distance of many delicious restaurants. Definitely try the Jerusalem Artichoke. It is delicious. This area offers Kosher meals that are delicious. Overall, we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Chapter Roma, for an amazing experience.
