Funky boutique hotel in great location in Rome
Fabulous, funky boutique hotel with a beautiful rooftop bar, in a great location. Suggest booking for the rooftop bar as it was fully reserved on a balmy Wednesday evening. The staff were amazingly helpful and recommended Vanda in the Trastevere for dinner, which was divine.

The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and sweet. The room was spacious. The rooftop bar was cute. Drinks were ok. My only concern was the bar hostess repeated back my hotel room number very loudly for everyone to hear and as a woman traveling on my own that made me a bit uncomfortable. Other than that I had a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay! First and foremost the customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. Sophia, Anna and Marco were extremely helpful to guide my husband and I to great places to visit, eat and enjoy throughout our time. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable, with high quality toiletries. We loved every moment and will be recommending this hotel to everyone we know!

Loved the property, but the staff was GREAT!! Would recommend and return just because the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very good, the bed was the hotel bed I have ever slept on. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Hotel Chapter Roma was amazing. It’s in a great location which is close to everything, but it’s in a fairly quiet part of the city. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and given our room which faced the courtyard which was SUPER quiet*. The room keys - the keychains on the key are huge - but we just left them with the front desk when we left and picked them up when coming back. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and we were sad to leave. *We live in downtown Toronto so are used to city sounds and noises. If you’re coming from a rural setting - no matter where you stay is going to sound much louder than you are used too. Just be open to new experiences and I’m sure you’ll be fine.

Excellent property well located in the heart of Rome. Only a couple of steps away from shopping and fantastic dining. Very walkable. Staff was kind and very helpful willing to accommodate us. Would stay here again. Also, AC everywhere!!!!! Which is rare in Rome :)
