Overall the Hotel Isola was a good experience. Hotel was clean, staff polite, food good, outside area was nice. Would definitely recommend one of the rooms with a balcony. Our first night we did a standard room and felt like I was in a motel. When we upgraded to a room with a balcony, it was way better.

I stay here twice a year when flying from Rome. It's always a pleasant experience from the front desk to room quality. My only suggestion is minor: Sometimes the eggs are cold at breakfast, but not always.

Our stay at Isola Sacra Hotel was perfect. Flying out of FCO the next morning, we wanted a hotel close by. Beautiful property with pool, great restaurant, clean room and attentive staff capped off our perfect vacation.

Our sixth visit was as good as the first!
This was our fifth stay and we love this hotel. The restaurant is very good and serves local foods, like many types of fish. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready, which was great. The only issue that is not wonderful is the grout in the bathrooms needs to be treated as it looks or is dirty. The large natural looking tiles are not flush and although it would take quite an effort, cleaning or regrouting would make everything perfect. We love the location, it is near Ostia Antica (park/museum/ruins) and there are many high-end restaurants within a few miles. It is also near the airport without the noise and other unpleasantness of many "airport" hotels.

Fantastic Oasis Near Airport.
This hotel is like a lovely, high end walled residence near the Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport. You feel completely safe and the hotel grounds are very lush with beautiful flowers and a lovely pool area. The bedding is great with both the bed and the pillows very comfortable! They have amazing water pressure, and it was the best shower I’ve had in two weeks! Breakfast is also fantastic, and the mini-croissants are some of the best I’ve ever had. Their airport shuttle service is exceptional and always on time. I used it several times as I took the shuttle to the airport to catch the train into Roma Termini. They literally think of everything. They even have a scale for your luggage. I will definitely plan on staying here again the next time I travel to Rome.

Hotel Isola Sacra is a great hotel by the airport. You do not hear any planes. They also have a nice pool for leisure. If your going to be traveling around and need a hotel for a couple of days this is a perfect fit.
