Property was conveniently located although you have to be able to walk Rome streets. Rooms are small but breakfast was very good and a nice selection.

Friendly staff; room not easy to access if you have any mobility issues as located through the garden with stairs! Guess I should have mentioned when booking. Good sized room and comfy beds.

An outstanding small hotel in a great location. The front desk staff were especially helpful in tracking down the taxi where I had left my backpack. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent in a spacious beautiful room that also served as a bar in the evening.

Pleasant stay in Rome
This is a nice, small hotel on a peaceful street just a short walk from many of the classic Roman sites. Our room was lovely and comfortable with a little balcony and a view over the small garden to a church tower, which was peeping over the rooftops. Someone with a lot of luggage would have found the room a bit small but we were fine. Breakfast was really generous and tasty. Altogether a great find. As others have said you can hear people in other rooms of the hotel if you listen out for it but it wasn't bothersome for us. Rome is never going to be entirely silent. Overall a very good stay.

Overall very good
We reslly enjoyed our stay, comfy bed and lovely helpful staff. Only slight drawbacks were very thin walls and not having any kind of view (a small patio with very high walls). Location is very good though and the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided.

Incredibly small. We “upgraded” to a more expensive room and it was comically tiny. I couldn’t wait to check out. The room didn’t feel clean at all

Place was very central located. Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was always clean, AC worked and elevator a plus. Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Would recommend this hotel to all.

Quick Stay in Rome
We spent 3 nights at Hotel Modigliani. It is located at the top of the Spanish Steps. Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The staff were all very pleasant. The daily breakfast that was provided was good, particularly the made to order scrambled eggs. Our room had a fairly small balcony. The room was small but fine. The bathroom shower was a bit small with a hand held shower head. All in all a good stay.

We had a great stay our room was very comfortable the bed was also comfortable. Loved our little balcony. Only thing wron was the rooftop terrace was closed due to chef being on holidays a little disappointing but didn’t ruin our stay. They staff was extremely helpful and we appreciated them greatly.
