The first night we went for a walk and my husband was agravated by two homeless the ax was terrible the building had graffiti the floor was filthy unsafe area.there was broken window right outside our room and old furniture in the hallway photos in website are not true.

Overall the place is great for an overnight stay or for a couple of days. They need to paint the front door and cover the graphitti. Makes the hotel look like a crackhouse out front. Inside was odd but interesting. The antique elevator was ominous. I would stay there again.

Nice big rooms
Nice big rooms with a lot of place! The beds are confortable but not the pillows, that we found too big. There's a fridge and cookware. Nicely situated in front of the Manzoni metro station. We really enjoyed the Feelsgood osteria food nearby, we went twice! It would be nice to have shades that close properly in the windows. There's an elevator.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Firstly, there is no blackouts on the windows as announced in the hotel.com. I ended up waking at 6am as the room was completely bright. Secondly, the bed is not confortable. It is too hard. Also, I received an email 2 days before the check-in explaining that the front desk works till 4pm, so I had to send my documents and my card number by email as arrived after 4pm. Note that, this information was not showing during the booking. I was advised that I could not leave my luggages in the hotel after 4pm as there was no one there. So, they left the luggages in front the reception door where anyone could have taken it. Very disappointing experience.

Right next to a metro station, so very convenient. Cute views from the windows, but a little loud due to traffic. We also had issues unlocking our room. Since it was after reception hours, we had to contact the number given to us fon the emails. Took about an hour to finally get in. Other than that, it was a lovely place

Building was filled with graffitti, unsafe neighborhood. Photos of building and rooms are nothing like the actual place. Made me send a picture of my passport and credit card through email to them personally, if not they would not let me get in the place, while being an unsafe place.

Trick with air conditioning units in the accomodation. Instructions in compendium say don’t change settings, but lots of people probably try to cool the room before looking through that.

The property is right in front of the metro, can be a little noisy during busy hours, but overall is pretty nice. Room was cleaned daily, and any problems we had were dealt with quickly. This place was a nice, cute room near Colosseum and easy access to the subway!

it is very convenient, the property itself is with walkable distance to the Colosseum. If needed, it is right above the Metro station, which runs a very frequent service.

There was a lot of noise coming from the rooms above and next to our room as well as a noise from outside near the Metro entrance. The room size was very good and the bathroom has plenty of hot water.
