Overall the hotel was decent. We ended up staying at the last minute because we didn't feel safe at our airbnb. They were very friendly and even gave us a little doggy bag full of treats and a toy for our dog. The area felt very safe and is located directly across the street from the UFO McDonald's. It is close to all of the shopping areas and UFO exhibits which is why we had traveled there. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. If I ever planned to go to Roswell again, I would stay there.

Good place breakfast… not so good. Eggs rubbery you can tell everything is frozen and then heated up because the eggs and breakfast sandwiches we cold in the middle.

The breakfast was hot and fast. Room was spacious, shower was large. Nice pet friendly areas. Pool could have used some attention.

Perfect family trip road trip stop

The stay was wonderful. I slept through the night wonderfully. We were a party of 5 and everyone was comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Perfect way to start day 2 of our road trip. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming.

I work for University of New Mexico that requires a check out invoice showing a balance of $0.00 (no personal charges). The staff person (who was extremely nice and friendly so compliants with her service at all) said that beause we booked through Expedia, they could not provide me a check out invoice or add my Hilton member number to the stay. I stayed at Home2Suites in Hobbs, NM the next day who automatically added my Hilton member number to the stay and emailed me a check out invoice without asking. Only bringing this up to help the Roswell location with this. :)

Great location on the main street, walking distances to many Roswell attractions, clean room with great layout. Highly recommend Cowboy Cafe for breakfast and have their chicken fried bacon!!
