We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the cool mornings and evenings on the patio overlooking the river. Close to all the main shopping and restaurants.

Location, Location, Location
Perfect location for visiting Ruidoso! The unit was super clean and the surrounding property was very nice with a fire pit, gas grills, waterfall etc. The only negative was that the listing said to sleep four, so we assumed the sofa pulled out into a bed. It did not. Actually all the furniture in the condo was different than the online pictures. Luckily we brought an air mattress for our daughter. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the fireplace. The location was perfect for walking the Main Street in town and visiting all the shops/wineries etc. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful
We just stayed this past week and it was even more than I had imagined. It was clean and modern. They had it fully stocked with cleaning supplies and the washer and dryer was very convenient. It is walking distance to to shopping. Probably, one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time. Loved the fireplace. We will definitely be back.

Nicely maintained and convenient location.
Will definitely return. Really nice place to stay for a few days. A few minor maintenance items in the unit need to be taken care of. Soiled carpet in bedroom, loose kitchen sink faucet, utility room door off track.

Perfect Getaway
The condos are spacious and well appointed. In a great location just 1 block from the many shops and restaurants. It’s quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to get away for a weekend trip or lengthy vacation. We will be back!

We had a dog-friendly, one-bedroom that was very clean with modern decor. The property complex was lovely outside and you can’t beat the location for proximity to the main street in downtown Ruidoso.

We love this resort, close enough to walk to Midtown, nice kitchen with all supplies you could need. I recommend bringing your own knives though. Bathroom in spacious and has washer/dryer. The condo is so cozy and we love the fire pit outside when it’s chilly out.

Terrific place for cool summer getaway.
Dance with Bears Condo was not available but we were given a wonderful condo which was clean and well-equipped. Grounds are beautiful. Place is dog-friendly but designated spot for doggy business had no grass. Our condo was very nice but hallway bath had slow drains and king size bed mattress is too soft and probably needs to be replaced. Even with these concerns, we really enjoyed our time and hope to return to River Resort soon. Condos are in great location.
