Located in the heart of Ruidoso, we are walking distance to Midtown shops and restaurants. Our beautifully landscaped courtyard includes gas grills for your use, a large fire pit for cozy evenings and a meditation area on the river. What a fantastic condo. It was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable and Cozy. Can walk conveniently into Midtown Ruidoso. It was just absolutely amazing stay with my family and will be booking again when we return to Ruidoso!!!

Great family condo
This was the perfect location, right on the river, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo was well cared for and truly felt like home away from home. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and we were able to bring clean clothes home thanks to the washer and dryer in the unit. We will absolutely stay again in this same unit!

This condo exceeded our expectations!
My husband and I surprised our 18-year-old son with a ski trip for Christmas, and we are so glad that we chose to rent this condo! It was cute and cozy, but roomy enough for 3 adults! We all had plenty of space to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. The full kitchen was perfectly equipped for all of our cooking needs. I do wish that we would have taken advantage of the nice outdoor grills next to the inviting fire pit, , but we’ll do that next time. The gas fireplace was a nice touch, and the balcony overlooking the stream was an added bonus! The location was better than we expected. It was an easy drive to everything, but we could have walked with no problem. This condo was immaculate - the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen were spotless! I loved everything, but my favorite feature of this rental was THE CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!!! Wow!!! I was a little anxious to be away from home on Christmas, but when we walked in to a twinkling tree, ceramic gingerbread house, mistletoe, and a country Santa, I was blown away! I am already looking forward to staying here again!

Awesome stay
I arrived to the location early due to the cold weather outside and they allowed us to check in early. The room was a beautiful and clean stay. Both bedrooms had their own bath and was far away from one another for privacy. Easy walk to the Main Street. Will stay again.

Potentially Great Experience Hampered by Dirty Bedding
Sheets/bedding was not changed on one of the beds. Dried drool, smell of sweat on pillow, and bedding that had looked slept in found on one of the beds. I have brought this to the manager's attention and did not receive an apology nor compensation. When we pay high fees for the cleaning fee for a one-night stay, how in the world does this happen??? This had the potential to be a great stay. Unit was as described, very well furnished, and in a relatively quiet location accessible to downtown. Really liked that the two bedrooms are separated by the living room. Unit came with a nice gas fireplace and balcony. Check-in/check-out was easy via instant booking. I would have given this 5 stars if the issue described above had not occurred, which was greatly compounded by lack of response from the manager. Manger did respond to my communication, just was silent on this issue. I do not recommend this unit.

Loved our top-quality condo stay at the Ruidoso River Center!
Unit was conveniently located right in midtown, which made it easy to walk to shops and local restaurants! The condo was well decorated with unique, southwestern/cabin decor and stocked with the right amenities for us! It was clean, well-kept and provided a safe place to stay during our Spring Break in Ruidoso. We will definitely stay here during our future trips to Ruidoso!
