The first room bad zero toilet paper, no towels and hair in the bath tube. Also the refrigerator had not been cleaned out. The second room they moved me to had no toilet paper I used the few Kleenex because while I was in the Bobby changing rooms they could not find toilet paper for a different guest. The second room also had more black curly hair and the towels had been thrown under the sink. I didn’t have any other room options and had to stay. The coffee was all as thick as molasses and bitter tasting.

Room was not ready at 3pm for check in, we arrived 330pm and wsied fir 1.50 hours for room. Others were waiting as well. Room had no toilet paper, trash on floor, toilet had urine all over ( so not cleaned), garbage in can, food in fridge, clothes and left over food., ( chips and salsa ) in wardrobe closet.

We somehow got a handicap room. The shower was terrible. Water got everywhere in the bathroom every time we showered. The shades were not good on the window and in the mornings it was super bright. The beds were rock hard. Our ac kept cutting off/on wll night. There was no option to just run the fan all night. The ac wall unit was all messed up and did not register clear degrees to adjust to the proper temp. We were in our room till 12:15 one day and cleaners never came back by to clean the room. The lobby was clean. Waffle mix was terrible and coffee was not good and cold. At least the mexican food place next door that was decently priced.

Several people in our party had been given room keys to rooms that had not been cleaned and had to go back down and get a new room. Our room had a funny smell when we walked in. The carpet was exceptionally dirty like it had not been vacuumed in quite a while. Our cabinets had food in it: mayo, mustard, cheese and tupperware with food. Our mirror look like it has been cleaned with a dirty rag and the bathroom floor was also dirty with hair found in the bathtub.

We had to change rooms two times due to poor housekeeping and plumbing issues in rooms 202 and 306. We settled for room 106 although the T.V. had lines in it and showed half a picture.

Floors were sticky. Front desk person was high and didn’t talk to us. All the bedding was wrinkled which made it not seem clean. Paint was chipped everywhere. Door didn’t close well and had a stranger walk right into our room.

1. Upon check-in, I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied by another guest. This is a major security and privacy violation that should never occur. 2. Despite my reservation specifically requesting two queen beds, I was provided a room with only one king bed. This forced me to sleep on the floor. 3. The room was not clean. The floors were visibly dirty, which was particularly problematic given that I had to sleep on them. 4. The toilet was malfunctioning and would not flush without manually lifting the tank lid. 5. Your staff was unprofessional throughout my stay. One staff member didn't even remove her over-the-ear headphones while speaking with me at the front desk.
