The home is a beautifully remodeled 4-plex in the heart of Midtown Sacramento. I live in one of the units and the other 3 units are all rented out to guests requiring short term rentals. All stays are greater than 31 days per city ordinance and average between 3-6 months. This set up attracts business professionals seeking accommodations that feel like home while they travel for business.
