There was a bag of candy in our room and a pill laying on the floor so it wasn't cleaned very well. The front desk person was in a hurry to check us in and seemed annoyed at something. No bags in trash cans.

The desk clerk, Sarah, didn't have answers to a couple of our questions. Said she didn't know, that nobody tells her anything. She seemed like she didn't want to be there, very poor representation of the hotel. No vending machines for snacks.

Close to areas that we were shopping at. Convenient and had a Meyer close by for extra shopping and snacks. No vending machines in hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

The staff was very helpfuland friendly,the room is very welcoming but the cleanliness could have been better ,there was a hair in the tub,there was hair in the bathroom by the hair dryer and the carpet could use a deep clean the beds were very comfortableand clean! The hot tub jets were not working and the pool was kinda chiĺly but my kids loved it!! The breakfast was great!!

What I didn’t like was that nobody would fix our bathtub drain. After my wife took her shower there was 6 inches of standing water, which I had to take my shower in. 2 days of that is unacceptable.

Adequate stay
Chosen for the trust in the Hampton previous excellence. This one needs some updating and paint, this is a pet friendly hotel, so if you have allergies, don’t pick this one. They are eco friendly, and have a nice free breakfast, the pool is not heated, while the hot tub is great.

Neither the pool nor the hot tub were functional. This was not shared on the website and they're advertising the hotel as if it has a pool and a hot tub. It does not because they are closed. Hotel had recently finished a renovation and it is obvious that a lot of things had not been checked or done quite right. The light fixture was over our bathroom sink but it was not actually connected to anything; there was no light in it. Some of the furniture obviously had not been replaced (yet?) and was a little beat up. Some of the hallway signage was either missing or hard to find. Breakfast was excellent and staff was quite helpful. The "fitness center" is like in a lot of these types of hotels, it is token at best. Also, you need to give your e-mail address to Peloton if you want to even use the stationary bicycle or treadmill, which is suboptimal and takes a few minutes if you are trying to work out in a hurry.

Very reasonable price for the area. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Just a few things that might have been better. The pool water was ice cold and the hot tub was out of order. Otherwise we were pleased.
