Can't beat that price in downtown SLC
Great value for the price. Soft beds and pillows. I really liked that the parking lot was gated so that there wasn't anyone who wasn't a hotel guest loitering around. Very decent breakfast too.

Very, very nice staff. Great breakfast, gated parking and smells and looks clean We actually stayed a second night and took in the sights so we wouldn't have look for an equally nice hotel for the same price.

Check in was quick and simple. The room clean and we had room service every day. Clean towels every day. The breakfast. Well you had the choice of cereal, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown, fresh fruit or muffin. The motel has an electric gate that makes it very secure, entry being by your room key. The room we had was a disabled room which meant we had a walk in shower which was great for my wife who has bad knees, however, it blocked the first time we used it. The motel had that sorted in ten minutes. The hair dryer didn't work...we had a new one with ten to fifteen minutes. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It was a great place to stay. Thank you to the people who run it, you are a credit to the industry

Only motel I’ve ever stayed at with fence around it — liked that. Many homeless people around — local said after 20 years here, he’s never had an incident. Great burger joint a short walk away. Very nice breakfast and clean room. Recommend.

Simple little hotel just outside of downtown Salt Lake city. Easy tracks access and great staff. I shall return.

The room was really filthy. The ground looked like it had never been mopped. The walls had chipped paint and the tile in the bathroom was dirty along with a stained bath tub

Booked the room for My dad and his room didn’t have warm water he’s old and can be hard to deal with but they accused him trying to go in and out of everyone’s hotel rooms and were mean when asked to switch rooms and refused the deposit back the next morning saying it’s up to the manager for your deposit and he’s not here so tough luck I tried to inquire about the experience but never got a return call from anyone and never received the deposit back
