Thank you for your feedback. We did remodel our rooms with new carpet, Flooring, and furniture about 2 years ago. We are sorry it was not to your liking. We are working on remodeling our common areas now. We are sorry that you were not notified to request housekeeping service. We will review this with the staff to improve. We hope you will give us another chance.
