The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the rooms themselves were very simple, beds were horribly uncomfortable, and the entire place smelled really bad. We were there a week and a half and had a horrible time! They may have been replacing carpet as there were a lot of work trucks and workers there, but I am not sure. People were hard to find to ask or complain about things. When we checked out, we literally left our room keys in a drop box.

Loved the service, we've stayed here before to visit family and it serves our purpose as a place to sleep well. I will say the microwave plate in our room was dirty and that was annoying because then I worried about the kitchenette as a whole while preparing my babie's bottles. Other than that it's a good room for the price and close to Jordan landing.

The hotel was ok, nothing outstanding. The room had a nice fridge with an ice maker, a microwave and a small cooktop but we weren't able to use it because there weren't any pots or pans. The room was clean and the hotel in general was well kept. We didn't really have any interaction with the staff. The shower in our room had a very slow drain and the water didn't really get hot. We stayed for a week, it wasnt bad, just not the best place we've ever stayed.

The room was clean and i had no issues checking in. Loved that the laundry was only 1 dollar to wash and 1 dollar to dry. Made it very affordable. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Clean beds, but not the most comfortable, but I prefer soft beds. Pillows are super good and thick! Room was clean, front desk was polite. Wish theyd stop putting little kids on the 3rd floor as our kids like to bounce around and i feel bad for anyone under us lol (I do tell them to stop) Realized that I booked a night before I needed, so had to eat the hotel fee for that night. My fault, not theirs. Great for location the the Utah First Credit Union for shows
