Very Nice Home
Very nice, clean, comfortable home. It had everything we needed except a toaster, but we were able to borrow one from my brother who lives nearby. The only negative was the neighbors have a couple of Chihuahua dogs that bark a lot and at times were out loose barking at us and even came at us very aggressively when we were out front and near the driveway getting to our vehicle.

We had a great stay. Home was clean, comfortable beds and communication with host was excellent. Location was close to freeway and event we attended. However, it is an older neighborhood that is not well kept and it is close to the train tracks.

Father - Son Business Trip
The property is centrally located which made it easy for us to conduct our business. It's tastefullly decorated, and I can see a couple who want to come to ski, it would be ideal. The homes around are older but the culdesac is extremely quiet. As I told the owner we were conducting business while we were there, so we didn't get a chance to fully relax and cook a steak in the backyard. Perhaps on our next business trip in SLC we will have more time.

Nice Duplex for Utah Skiing
Duplex is nicely located for skiing in Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon Ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, etc). The owners were very good to work with. The is a detached garage to park your car. Three nice size bedrooms with 2 full baths. Owners were very responsive. With a large snowstorm, they were over the next day clearing snow from the sidewalk and driveway. We had a minor issue getting one of the stove burners to stay lit and the owner took a look at it as soon as we mentioned it. My only problem, which turned out not to be a problem, was that the owner misplaced my rental agreement and thought I had not sent it in. I resent the agreement with her original confirmation of receipt and everything was fine. Overall, I would recommend this property for a ski vacation. You will not regret renting this property. One other note, not a fault of this property. With large snowfalls, big and little cottonwood canyons close for avalanche mitigation. Traffic in the canyons can get heavy. Leave early on good snow days and check the canyon road status at udot.com.

Met our needs
Small townhouse which has been nicely renovated. Very clean with comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked though the stove and oven are a little difficult to use. This wasn’t much of an issue as aside from one dinner and breakfasts, we didn’t cook much but for someone wanting to cook more meals there, that might be an issue. We’d planned to ski at Snowbird and Park City and the location was centrally located for this. Only 20 minutes to Snowbird and 35 minutes to Park City. Worked well for our father/ adult son trip but might be too small for a group more than 4 despite 3 bedrooms as there’s limited space to eat meals and only 2 smaller bathrooms.

Beautifully decorated, immaculate, cozy condo in Sandy. Close to ski resorts, highway, shopping. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows, high quality linens. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners are very nice & respond quickly to questions. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Really nice place in super convenient location
Marzena and Greg's place has everything you need for a great ski vacation. Comfortable place with nice bedrooms/bathrooms, large garage for ski equipment, new appliances in the kitchen, huge TV over the fireplace. The location is great for easy access to either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyons, and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, 20 to SLC airport. The owners are very helpful and available. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Nice property with well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed that were some stAples left by previous guests and we did the same. It would have been helpful if final info had Marzena’s contact info and name as part of the document rather than coming in as a text from a phone number. Owners were available but did not seem to understand why we had some issues getting into unit past midnight due to travel delays. They were, however, lovely to deal with.

Great Place for Family Ski Trip
We enjoyed staying at this Sandy home for our ski trip to Utah. It was quick to Snowbird and Alta and not bad to Deer Valley and Brighton. Sandy also has some good food and everything you need (vs. near Snowbird where there seems to be very little). The only thing that was not clear was that the third bedroom is in the basement and kind of warm (next to furnace) . Also, the oven does not stay on and is a gas oven which is a little scary - as we struggled to make nachoes and risked blowing up the neighborhood. Nonetheless, I would recommend the place and the service was great from the owners.

Clean and Comfy in Sandy
Our family visited Utah for Thanksgiving and we needed a place with a good kitchen in case we needed to cook part of the meal for our extended-family get together. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, towels were glorious (our adult son's comment), and the kitchen was well-equipped. We had privacy in the master suite on the lower floor, while the adult kids had rooms and a shared bath on the upper floor. We were able to park in the garage, and felt like it was a convenient location, since we were visiting people in Mill Creek, West Valley, Downtown SLC and Pleasant Grove. The backyard was cute, and we would have hung out there, but it was too cold. Another time!
