Lovely Casita!
Perfect spot for us while looking for real estate in the area. The casita had everything we needed. We cooked all our meals there, used the grill, and had some nice walks in the neighborhood.

High School Girfriend Getaway
The Casita is in a natural Hill Country setting, very quiet with visits from deer, hummingbirds and other birds. Beautiful spot. Inside the accommodations were perfect for us, spacious with a dining table where we played games and ate. Everything was clean and welcoming. The host was also very helpful. We asked for a suggestion for where to eat in town. Overall, it was a great experience.

We had a great time. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice to relax. Bonus! 8:15 am the deer are fed and it was fun to watch them all come in, jump over the fence, and inter act with each other.

Impressed all around - what a place!
I stayed with my mom and my daughter; every part of the experience was delightful. All around accommodating to my mom’s limited mobility - special find. Deborah the deer visited us upon arrival which was a highlight for my mom; we should have been prepared with something more nutritious to share with her as a snack than potato chips.

Comfort and Peace in the Texas Hill Country
We enjoyed our stay at the Casita very much. It was everything we expected and more. We enjoyed getting to know our hosts, taking daily trips to towns in the area, seeing the beautiful countryside and wildlife and relaxing when we were at our new ‘home away from home’. We were pleased to find the Casita was stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was clean and comfortable. We could not have been happier.

Super Nice Place
We absolutely loved The Casita. It was really nice and comfortable and very secluded. Because of the location, it was very quite. We loved seeing the deer come up to the feeder every morning and evening and one evening , we counted 20 deer eating at the same time. We even saw a fox come to the feeder. The Casita is really well designed and the interior space is well thought out. It seems larger than it is. The double headed shower was extra special. Although the host lives next door, you'll will never be concerned about them bothering you. We will definitely recommend The Casita and hopefully we can return there soon ourselves

Peaceful and quiet beauty!
The Casita was a wonderful place to go for a brief run away! It was close enough to town, yet far enough into the country to be away from the activity of the city. So satisfying to sit outside and quietly watch the deer while relaxing with a glass of wine! The Casita itself was warm and inviting, very comfortable, and the host was exceptional! It was a pleasure getting to know her. With the Casita being located in the beautiful Hill country near San Antonio, there's so much to enjoy!

Wonderful Hill Country Experience
We loved our time at this hill country gem! The house was very clean, comfortable and perfect. Fully stocked with all the basics and plenty of family charm decor. Wonderful setting in a perfect location. Close enough to the great little town of Boerne, easy day trips to several state parks and the wineries near Fredericksburg. The hosts were easy to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway. Thanks! Highly recommended!

Quiet getaway
I needed a quiet getaway and this property offered it up! Susan and Danny were fantastic hosts! The property is clean and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway! The deer and birds on the property were relaxing to watch, and on a clear night the stars are all visible. The best feature to me was the absolute quiet! Close to Boerne and San Antonio if you want to shop and dine. Best of both worlds!
